Berlinger is specialized in the production of innovative and customized solutions for monitoring temperature-sensitive goods in the pharmaceutical and medical industry as well as for doping control equipment to ensure safe transportation and storage of urine and blood samples.

We are looking for an independent personality who enjoys working in a very dynamic environment.

Your main task

  • Champion the key account management for dedicated global target customers in Pharma & Life Science headquartered in the EU
  • Stringent business development and successful key account management to generate revenue for Berlinger's cold chain monitoring services within the Pharma & Life Science market
  • Continuous business development by identifying opportunities within the defined Go-to-Market, understanding the business case/value creation and defining a strategy to success.
  • Identifying, building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners within the defined area of responsibility. Setting of strategic and operational priorities in consultation with the superior
  • Lead generation and routing to other members of the global Berlinger team
  • Leading internal tender and project teams to success, managing customer expectations
  • Gather customer insights & developments and feed internal departments with requirements.
  • Representation of Berlinger at relevant conferences and other events
  • Enabling a good customer experience and long-term relationship by collaborating with internal stakeholders and SME
  • Observing market developments and assessing the resulting needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Recognizing, absorbing and communicating customer requirements to colleagues in the Marketing and R&D departments. 
  • Representing the customer voice and enabling internal customer dialogue
  • Understand and ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, and legal requirements

Your Profile

  • A bachelor's degree preferred
  • A sales professional with at least five years of direct experience
  • Experience or the ability to sell software and services SAAS
  • Experience hunting or using past relationships to seek and onboard new Enterprise Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences customers is critical
  • Proficiency with solution selling and the ability to identify and close business opportunities
