As part of Berlinger's Customer Success Team, operating in the clinical trials segment, I have the privilege of working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the safety of the Investigative Medicinal Product (IMP) for clinical trials. We all work closely together to ensure that the medication that ultimately go to patients are properly stored at any time, as patient safety is our number one goal on any project.
By enabling close communication between everyone involved in the study, we can better understand the challenges by each individual stakeholders.
