USB data loggers
These devices log temperature measurements during transportation and provide the information / data after the shipment has arrived at its destination.
Up to 5 different temperature and time alarms can be set between –85°C and +55°C. The Display shows any temperature limit violation at a glance, even if an alarm is not triggered yet. Once the device has been connected to a PC, it creates automatically a PDF/A and ASCII file with all measured temperatures and time data. No additional software is required.
Depending on device type, the ASCII file can be uploaded into the Berlinger SmartView web-application for central data storage and additional reporting and analyzing.
SmartLine wireless data loggers
Our SmartLine wireless network consists of SmartPoints, a SmartGate and SmartRouters. SmartPoints are wireless data loggers that provide fully automated data collection of temperature conditions and other parameters, eliminating manual activities and significantly improving process efficiency. SmartPoints automatically indicate when thresholds are about to be exceeded, enabling pro-active intervention.
Outside a wireless network, SmartPoints log their measurements, and automatically download this log upon arrival in a wireless network. From the SmartGate the sensor measurements are securely communicated to the central Berlinger SmartView web-application. This provides an integrated real-time view on shipments and storage facilities.
GPS / GPRS data loggers
These devices use the cellular network operated by mobile operators to send their measurements in near real-time to our Berlinger SmartView application. These products come with a variety of features and are targetted at specific applications in road, air and ocean transportation.
