Job description

We are looking for an independent personality who enjoys working in a very dynamic environment.

This position is the technical link between the Customer Success Manager, Support, and R&D teams. The objective is to offer more than a product but a system, supplemented by services and trainings.

Your main tasks

  • Support customers during the API integration
  • Deliver training to internal & external customers – mainly online
  • Advise internal and external customers with set-up topics and best practices
  • Collect and provide customer inputs and requirements to the Berlinger organization
  • Support the further development and professionalization of Berlinger E-Learning
  • Support R&D with testing of new products so as updates and improvements
  • Assist segment management with tests involving customers
